Sheila
Shelia you know my challenge is working the time managment tool I purchased and decluttering non-productive items from my daily activities.
Congrats on your blog! Keep up the good work. Now come on over to my office and help me get my blog going …
Deshawn,
Did you catch my article in my last ezine earlier this month? It’s titled Getting to What Matters Most. It shows you how to look at the categories that your tasks fall into-are they important or not, and are they urgent and then divide them into four categories based upon Covey’s Quadrant. Take a run through the exercise that’s in the article and you’ll see which tasks need to come off of your task list. This will get you started on the goal of only working on the things that fall into quadrant 2. If you don’t have the last issue of my ezine any longer, you can see the article at the website (www.thirdeyegroup.org)
If you’re still having challenges with your new tool (other than the email) maybe we should set another time to get together and get you fully operational. Another solution would be my new audio series that’s coming out next week. It will take you through setting up the features of your time management tool and setting up a time management system.
Sheila…
You should add an addendum to your
blog titled “For idiots who forget to save
their document to draft.” Yes. I did. I
took too long creating a bee-u-tee-full
reply to your e-mail…and my time had
expired.
Anyway, forgive me if I leave you an
briefer, second, reply.
Shay, your blog is not only pleasing to
the eye, it is restful, therefore, you can
stay many moments on your blog
without feeling as if you’re going blind.
More, your blog is so well written, so
effectively presented, that a reader
cannot help but feel that she has come
to the right person for help. You present
yourself without blaring your own horn.
That is, you are perceived as approach-
able.
let me put all that simply:
I LOVE YOUR BLOG!
Too much?
B.
B,
I’m so glad that you stopped in to check things out! Sorry your first post didn’t make it. My aim is to communicate effectively, give great content/info and also have the blog be pleasing to the eye. I’m glad that you think I’ve accomplished each of these.
